In August of 1990, Owner/Manager Ruben Garcia and his family moved from Southern California to Eugene, Oregon. In October of that same year he bought a small janitorial company and was a working owner with three employees until July 1991 when he merged that company with the local Eugene franchise of Environment Control. Environment Control was founded in 1963 and consists of over 50 independent companies in 19 states. Presently, we serve Lane County with about 80 employees cleaning approximately 160 buildings, encompassing over 4 million square feet of building space. |
